- Taking and expediting phone calls from clients and customers - Kill ratio/performance goal of at least 85% - Ability to offer additional services - Scheduling inspection orders - Follow processed and procedures put in place to deliver an overall exceptional client and customer experience - Prep work and scheduling for presentations and Continuing Education classes Saturday part day rotation- 1 to 2 Saturdays a month If you think you are the one that can deliver WOW customer service, if you enjoy working with customers in a call center type environment, if you desire a strong team and family type environment to work in, this may be the position you have been looking for.
