What You'll Do:
Create customers for life by providing an exceptional customer experience Schedule Appointments for lot vehicles and customer vehicles Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records; explaining provisions and exclusions to customers.
Administers used car warranties by processing claims and following through to completion and payment.
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment.
Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval from customers; entering RO into service system Act as the liaison between the service team and the customer.
Explains estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.
Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
Ordering parts with local and online parts companies ensuring cost effective methods and quality standards are maintained.
Works with management and mechanics to determine the best course of action to get lot vehicles ready for sale.
Assigns jobs to mechanics and ensures shop work flow is consistent and efficient.
Check on progress of service to vehicles throughout the day and update customers / management with progress.
Maintains relations with vendors (parts, sublet, and dealerships) so that Keystone has a good working relationship with a wide variety of vendors.
Become proficient in our repair order Ensure all paperwork and records are acurately maintained Maintain a positive work environment and support a culture of collaboration and winning What You Need:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic 2 -8 years service industry experience or similar field preferred Experience in a customer service role is required.
Clean Driving Record Neat appearance Ability to grow your knowledge of automotive products Aptitude for technology and embracing new systems What We Will Provide:
