To assist the customer in answering informational questions and any other customer service needs that they may require while shopping in the store.
Also perform all tasks as required in an efficient manner within company policy.
Required to sit/stand at the front entrance and greet customers, and hand out circulars and other materials.
Standards:
Observe all store rules and company policies.
Comply with company grooming and dress codes.
Exhibit clean, neat appearance.
Observe shift operating hours at all times as scheduled by the manager.
Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil code regulations.
Comply with safety policies and procedures.
Maintain good communications in the department and throughout the organization.
Observe security standards by staying alert.
Requirements Must be thoroughly familiar and willing to comply with all priorities and store policies pertaining to this light duty position, including punctual and reliable attendance and friendly attitude to greet our customers.
Physical Requirements Ability to sit/stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Hand out weekly circulars to customers as they enter the store.
Verifying customers' receipts as they are exiting the store, when needed.
